Josephite-Marellian Lay Association

The Josephite-Marellian Lay Association of the Oblates of St. Joseph is a group of lay individuals who share a common charism and spirituality with the Oblates and their founder, St. Joseph Marello. It is their mission to participate, according to their means and particular abilities, in the work of the Oblates of St. Joseph. After all, the Oblates can only be in so many places and do so much. To assist the Oblates in their work, and in making their work known to the world, that the world might benefit from it, the Constitutions encourage the Oblate Cooperators to take what they have learned in their exposure to the Oblates and carry it into their entire lives, so that Christ, through St. Joseph and St. Joseph Marello, may embrace as many people as possible.

Those interested in becoming a part of our lay family are invited to acquaint themselves more fully by attending one of the monthly meetings, which are held on the first Wednesday of every month immediately following  the 7:00 pm Mass and Perpetual Novena to St. Joseph and St. Joseph Marello. You may also contact Fr. Dan Schwebs, OSJ, Spiritual Moderator, at 654-7542.
